I'm a registered Republican, solely for the reason that I can vote against Bob Dole in the primaries.
Aside from that, I'm a independent voter, but more democrats than republicans get my vote, and quite a few independents do too. If there's a prohibitionist on the ballot, I usually check that one if I have no other preference. I voted for Pat Paulsen in the last primary, and probably will again in the next one (if there is a Kansas Primary… what a waste of our money!)(Oops! Ol' Pat Pauson died, dammit! {may 97})
I'm not exactly a Bill Clinton Fan, but so far I believe that he's done a good job. Much better than his predecessors. The Republican dirt-slinging squad has yet to prove anything that he's ever done that's illegal, and they've been trying really hard!

Well, Dole is out, Paulson's dead, Clinton is retired, and I have nobody whom I like politically. Only I really, really dislike Bush... Baby Bush, I have all kinds of demeaning names that I call him. I'm contemptuous of him and all of his kin. And most big-business, right-wing bigots. Unfortunately, I'm a minority here....
