Minimum IQ: At least 40

Mind: Must be somewhat open to get the full effect of the text.

Eyes: Must be open to view the screen. Should be uncrossed.

Mouth: Should be closed until the eyes are done.

Fingers: On the mouse and/or keyboard. Crossed, if desired.

Legs: May be crossed, always keeping in mind that ladies cross their legs only at the ankles. Males are generally unrestricted, although there are some leg-crossing methods that are distinctly effeminate. But that's OK.

Stomach: Some sections best viewed on an empty stomach.

Breathing: Slow and even, around 14-20/min, unless you're singing along with the music.

Heart rate: generally in the range of 60-80. An increase in heart rate may indicate that the mind needs to be more open. Unless you're a female viewing my picture, in which case you're just plain sick! If you're a male viewing Karen's picture, just know this: I might have to kill you.
