Taxes suck. And so does figgering taxes. Yep, tonight I started on the taxes... the fed gives, and the state taketh away... all but a relatively paltry amount. And I have reached an impasse... I didn't print out last year's Kansas total tax, and I need it; this year's TurboTax loaded up last year's data, but it won't transfer it over. I think that I'm gonna have to load up last year's program on Karen's machine just to get that one figure, dammit. I had yet another snot attack last night, I wish that I could figger out what is causing that. Woke up at 03:00, sneezing and snotting. Got to work on time, of course, and ran my butt off most of the day... I'm the runner on Fridays this month. Hit all of the veins that I aimed at, though, so it was a good day in that respect. I even had a chemo patient who vowed that I couldn't get her the first time, nobody ever did, even for draws, heh. Hit her antecubital with the first try, wished that I would've bet her on it.... And I'm on call, but I only got a call And the night guy will be there in fifteen minutes, and he'll pretty well cover until 07:00, when the other tech comes back in. And tomorrow the weekend tech leaves at 15:40, but there's a tech working x-ray that can do scans, so I might not get called then, either, unless they're busy. But Sunday AM I will probably get called, there's not gonna be anyone there until 12:30... maybe I will make a little money then. And my nose is still running... and very sore. I will sleep kinda late tomorrow, if I can sleep at all, and then go over to Moms' and finish up over there.
always there when I need you...
always, always there.
once, when they couldn't find the tech that was covering. I told them to call me back if they didn't find him and they didn't call back.
