Not too bad of a day here... I did get up late, but I got to work on time. And my back was feeling pretty good when I got there... it took about three hours for it to start feeling pre-spasmodic. And the afternoon was not too busy, so I left 1.5 hours early and came home and took some more drugs, and now it feels pretty good again. Rowena is here tonight, she has an early doctor appointment and then she'll get some more chemo and drive back home. The weather this morning was neat... What was eally unusual, though, is that these weren't regular snowflakes... they were about two inches in diameter. And coming down hard and fast! They were like soft mini-snowballs... when they hit the ground, they would smash, but if they hit anything colder, like my windshield, they would just stay there as lumps of snow. Fascinating, and it only lasted a few minutes. I went up today to see my ex-father-in-law, and he was dong well... he did get the TPA in time. His wife Ann and daughter Barbara were there also. I talked to them for a while, but it was pretty awkward. Sometime after I left for work, the power went out, so I have to go re-set all of the digital clocks in the house, dammit. I would like to get some of those that re-set themselves....
but the ol' sun, she still hides...
afraid of the dark.
when I came upstairs it was snowing a little bit, but by the time I was eady to go, it was snowing hard, and blowing too.
