Daily Nilknarf Haiku
Glazes on our lives
give folks the wrong idea;
we're all mortal and suspect.

Sometimes the haikus don't really do it....

Or maybe I'm just not that good at it...heh, something that you-al have suspected for a long time.

And I was the runner today...and it was not all that bad. Missed no veins, and kept a patient on the table most times.

And, as usual, ignored those pateints major concerns....

I've often commented on the patient concerns... are they getting better or worse.

I continue to not tell then anything, but I do look and see the diagnosis, if I have the time, at the end of the day.

Frankly, I would wish that I wouyld never know.....

Most of the time, I just don't do that, especially with my favorite patients.

Not knowing anything is a good thing, in my position.

But I know, and usually I know by observing them, and not the findings from the test.

And it is so hard to see someone who is worthy of love going into that sure death.

And there are one not that is not worthy of love.

yeah, that's my day.....

Thanx for being here!
