Daily Nilknarf Haiku
divisions reduce
lives; time is the divisor
love is the other.

Not too bad of a day... well, yes, it was.

I was the runner today, and it was fun mostly because I didn't miss too many veins. One pretty good challange, but I did hit gold the second try.

And the best one, of course, was the guy that had had a PICC installed, but not one that could do us any good... not rated for CT or and other injections.

And he told me that I would never hit a vein on him, so I told him, give me one shot....

Of course, I hit the one vein that he had on the first try, heh.

Sometimes I wonder that I am so good, heh. Other times I wonder why I am so bad.

Other than that, though, I spent a lot of time and energy running... which is what I'm supposed to to, of course.

And I wore my new black shoes, and they are weird; I put on a new pair of socks, and the heel migrated to the front of my foot. I adjusted them many times during the day...

O'well, there are much worse things that can happen to you... or to me.

They seemed well, otherwise. For someone who's not walking constantly they are mostly good; and if they work well otherwise, I really don't mind.

I really had a bitch of a time getting up today... didn't until about 07:30... and I was late by eight minutes. Went to bed on time last night, but couldn't get to sleep until after 01:00. Whatever cycle I'm on right now sucks, heh.

I'm getting to sleep tonight about 21:00. I'll fix that....
