It's been a long day.... First off, I overslept... I do think that I ingested too much whisky last night. But we still made it to the hospital pretty much on time. And I got my first dose of Betapace (sotalol) about noonish, and I'm waiting for the next one before I try to go to sleep. And this is the first entry of my eleventh year of doing this...3652 entries. After getting admitted to a two-bed room, I got venipunctured for the first time... and then when transportation came to get me for my chest x-ray and an echocardiogram, they offered me a private room. Yeah, I did hesitate a tad, but only a small tad, heh. So I've got a corner room with a window looking towards downtown and a bathroom window that looks down on 6th street, where the emergency room is. JD and I watched Dead Man and he left shortly after that, and I've finally got all of my pills, so it's time to hit the sack.
