Daily Nilknarf Haiku

Is the meat of life
the days and hours that we wake
or the dreams we have?

I'm damned close to being ready to go now... packed, mostly, and primed.

Unfortunately, I'll be driving the Camry... Kim's van has some electrical problems that couldn't get fixed. It'll work out OK, though. The Camry is a nice vehicle, and the trunk is pretty large... and everyone packed light.

Work today was OK... still a tech short in the AM, and then I left when the PM guy came in.

And I was glad to get outta there! Ready for some time off, yes.

JD just called, they're at the airport, so I need to head out about 21:30.

Pick them up, then it's Eastward ho!

I have remembered my C-PAP and my pills and all of the miscellaneous chargers... I wonder what I've forgotten?

Hopefully, it will be something that I can buy....

OK - next update on the 28th....

"All my life I have made it a rule, never to permit a religious man or woman to take for granted that his or her religious beliefs deserved more consideration than non-religious or anti-religious ones. I never agree with the foolish statement that I ought to respect the views of others when I believe them to be wrong"
Chapman Cohen, Freethinker
