Well, it's been a very unproductive weekend.... Yep, I got a lot of rest, at least. I did get up a little earlier today, but I still slept until 11:00. Downloaded music, listened to music and even played some music... and that's about the extent of it. Karen got home from Wichita about 15:00 or so, and I made her take me out to eat. I had pretty much forgotten about eating this weekend, except for a coupla hot dogs... and a coupla bowls of cereal. And yes, I did buy a bottle. And drank it. And I really don't like that. I need to just go the whole route... no alcohol at all. 'Cause a little bit just makes me want more, more, more. Intellectually, I know this. I've known it for years and years. And it worked so well for me for so long.... And it will again, yes it will.
