Let's start off with a nice little editorial: http://www.truthout.org/docs_2005/041905Y.shtml I finally got a good sleep... but I woke up gasping for breath. My nose was running and stopped up (at the same time? Yeah, it can do that!) and my eyes watering. This was about 09:00... I awoke first at sunrise, then went blissfully back to sleep. And the rest of the day was spent blowing my nose, for the most part. O'yeah, and crying. I thought at first that I'd got something in my eyes, but they were both affected. I think that I'm allergic to something, probably the maples. And that I didn't start having trouble until the wind started up. I've got both bedroom windows open, so there's a nice breeze there. So I spent most of the day in the basement, away from ill breezes, heh. But I am still almost constantly sneezing... which is supposed to clear out your nasal passages... but it doesn't work. Just blows snot up into my middle ear. I don't think that I mentioned yesterday that I did some actual physical work... I took down the privacy fence on the north side of the back deck. And today I am sore from that piffling physical exertion. I am such a light-weight.... And it has gotten late, and I must get my butt to bed, hopefully I can sleep. I'm thinking about closing the house up and turning on the AC, but I'm really not quite ready for that yet... it's about 50°F outside now.... The founding fathers "knew that the recognition of a Deity would be seized upon by fanatics and zealots as a pretext for destroying the liberty of thought. They knew the terrible history of the church too well to place in her keeping, or in the keeping of her God, the sacred rights of man." ---Robert Greene Ingersoll
