So simple, the truth; Yet another long hard day. It ended for me at 15:30, however, when I got off. Because my new laptop got delivered today! And it is indeed beautiful! I'm having major problems with the wireless, though... when I turn on the wireless facility on the router, I lose everything else. This is not good. I will probably go buy another wireless router tomorrow, since it seems to be a hardware problem. So right now I've got it hard-wired into the network, and it's doing wonderfully. Pretty tard tonight, I was the runner today, and we were fairly busy. Legs not doing any better, but then it's really too soon to expect any changes. Must. Learn. To. Be. Patient. Patience is hard when yer legs are on fire, heh? O'well, this too shall pass. Workin' late tomorrow and friday, not *late* late, just 'til 16:30. I think that I will set the clock to let me sleep another hour. Along with the laptop, I got several HD enclosures. And a coupla 200-gig HDs to round it out. And I have had a problem getting them running right, and I think that I might leave that task for later. In fact, if might be easier to just install the drives in a machine and format them instead of doing it the way the instructions recommended. Regardless, it's getting closer to Friday.... JD will be here Saturday sometime, I'm really looking forward to that. And dammit, I miss Tyler. He's on soulseek and I chatted with him a little... but no, it's not the same thing.
