The spring will come, yes In spite of my assurances last night that this would be a better day, it wasn't. The cold is still knocking me down big time, and not being able to sleep is a big part of that, of course. Hard to sleep when you can't breathe through your nose. I did get to work on time, and it started off bad... for some reason, there were three outpatients scheduled for 07:30, one of them a contrast exam. And they all three deserved to have their exams done on time, but alas, I am only one. And an inpatient that *had* to be done at 07:15. Starting a day off with people pissed at you isn't fun. And it pretty much set the tone for my day. But I did get off at 15:30, came home and had Karen make arrangements for Matt and Andy to help me unload the truck and trailer. Brian was sick today, so Karen had gone over to get him in the truck. I had taken the car to work, because Karen convinced me to leave the truck loaded to avoid the work of unloading it and loading it back up. Unfortunately, I had left the truck in 4WD low... And I couldn't get it to come out of 4WD when I drove it over to Mom's new place. So I don't know what's up with that, but I fear the worst, of course. Anyway, we got the stuff up to the apartment about 19;30, had a slight hold-up while an ambulance used the entrance to load up a resident.... And I'm right tuckered, I'm gonna take a healthy (not) dose of generic nyquil and go to bed after I wash my C-PAP out really good....
I must believe that, I must;
Else I would just die.
