Syllables of certain The actual text from the poem of the haiku that I mentioned yesterday:
Thanx again, Cara! Another long but enjoyable day spent with the kids. And we got a lot accomplished, too. JD and I went out to Home Depot and looked at a building that I think would be quite acceptable for a wood shop, 16X20 completely assembled. Just a shell mostly, but that's all that I really need, after all, I'm not gonna live in it. The rest of the stuff can come later. And we went to a bowling party, which was Lacee's birthday party and Matt's too. We came home about 17:00 or so and finished watching KU beat the socks off of somebody. And Karen made a pot of excellent chili, she did. And we got the computers all straightened out, and my old main machine, Thunder, is up and running again finally. And my new machine, Zephyr, is doing great too. As is the music machine, Whistle, which used be run RH 8.0 under the cabinet in my room, but is now just another W2K machine sitting in the basement, soon to be hooked up to all of the music stuff. I think that I have given up, finally, on being a linux guy. I like the whole idea, but it just takes way too much time and energy to do something that I can already do on another system. Anyways, even though I started writing this really early, it's now 01:00 and time for me to be abed. O'yeah, happy spring, everyone!
