All in all, it was a pretty good day at work. Except for the fact that I couldn't take a shower before I went to work, of course, since the sewer was still jammed up. It wasn't much more than steady most of the day, with a coupla patients re-scheduling and a couple just not showing up. And we had free pizza for lunch, eaten on the run. Last week, as I mentioned before, was Radiology Tech Week, and the pizza was part of that, only the magnanimous vendor was a day late. So I got off about 16:00 and came home and started working on the sewer line. I found a coupla gloves, but they were both for the left hand, so I wore one backwards on my right hand. Don't laugh, it worked. I had cut up my hands pretty good on Sunday on that damned 3/4" tape. I spent a coupla hours on it before I got it done, and I still don't have the floor drain working, but everything else works great now; I'll work on the floor drain tonight, but I'll have to use a smaller cleanout tool. My buddy Duane came by and brought my camera bag back, but he was late for an appointment and couldn't stay, I watched Full Metal Jacket after the sewer was done, and I was kinda surprised that it was so mild comparatively. Good show, though. And now I'm really tard. Early to bed for me.
