I had a really lousy night, for several reasons; firstly, I didn't get to sleep until probably 03:30, and secondly, I woke up at 06:00 unable to breathe through my nose... and so I had to take the CPAP off, which meant that I had to breathe through my mouth, which is really horrible. But things did get better... I finally got out of bed about 10:30 with a hurting mouth. Yeah, I shoulda called the dentist yesterday... but I didn't. Don't these things ever go away by themselves? Apparently not. So I did call the dentist... and they're closed on Wednesdays. So I've got a message for them to call me... it's still not an emergency, but it will be by Friday, I'm sure. The Tylenol is still handling it pretty well. And I got several things accomplished today... I replaced the closer on the screen door... I cleaned up under the sink, which was an ugly smelly job... didn't see the critter, so I screwed a board over the hole that she came in... decided to find the holes in the foundation... did that. Found some foam stuff to spray into that, but the cans that I bought last year were completely dead, dammit... $5 a can, you'd think that they'd still be good, right? Wrong. Been kept inside, too, so they can't use that for an excuse. It seems like I did more than that, but that's all that I can think of. O'yeah, Matt came over and hauled some stuff from the basement to the dumpster, I really appreciated that. Karen helped out there too... my stamina for carrying junk from one place to another is pretty lousy. O'yeah! I got my PDA working again! Yea, I'm so happy! I got it on 13 JUN 2003, and it's got another 30 days of warranty on it, so I really wasn't too worried about it. Anyways, I found the book, and sure enough, it was something simple, and I didn't even lose any of the programs that I had in memory. I just did a reset, there's this teeny little reset button that you have to poke the stylus into.... Back to work tomorrow and Friday, then I'm on call all weekend, I'll probably get a sleep room, since there's no coverage either Friday or Saturday nights.
