Well, at least ya got a different entree today, heh. But now that you bring it up, yeah, I'm tard. But today really was a better day... at about 13:30 I realized that there were only three more patients due to come in, and since I had a no-lunch, I would normally leave at 15:00... so I left about 13:45. And it was nice, very nice. A pretty nice day weather-wise, too, only about 90°F or so. And then, after about four hours of basically lounging around, Karen and I went to our neighborhood watch association meeting. And it was in a church, but it didn't crumble around me as I walked in the door, as I had feared. Or worse, even.... And it was OK, kinda fun to meet people that I'd only seen before and sometimes waved at. There won't be another entry here until maybe Sunday or possible even Monday... Karen and I are going out of town for the weekend, to meet up with a coworker who has a house in Bella Vista, Arkansas, and another coworker. It's gonna be fun, and I'm taking along some fishing stuff, since their house is on a lake... we're leaving tomorrow right after work, it's about a four-hour drive down there, or maybe five. The other couple are very musically inclined and they're bring their instruments, and I'm taking my guitar, so we might have some jam-time, too. I need to get back into guitar-playing, it's been *way* too long. And my PDA, which I have come to depend upon mightily, died today, dammit. I am sad about that, I am. I will find the book and see if this is a solvable problem when I get back Sunday.
