Well, you just know that BabyBush is lookin' for some news... any news... to get the heat offa him. Hurricane in Texas? Bring It On! A 4.7Earthquake in California? All Riiiight!

It appears that Blair is in some trouble over the whole deal, too. The English PM is much closer to his constituents that the American Prez is, and therefore much easier to bring down.

Impeachable? Naw, I dunno. I wisht it were so, in other words. Parallels are drawn between this and the last pres, who was railroaded and still came out smelling OK... but nobody died 'cause of his lies. In fact, nobody really believed his lies in the first place.

The fact is hard, but here it is: The Democrat leadership is gutless, and so are their constituents. We (non-repiglicans in general) don't really have what it takes to kick a guy in the face when he's on his knees bleeding. We lack the steel in our spines to whack off that head and let the chips fall where they may... (I know, I know...)

So BabyBush will, once again, ride off into the sunset, 'cause he is an arrogant asshole. Wait, I'm repeating myself again and again and I'm also being rather slightly redundant.

20:54...
Karen is home! I sure did miss her....

I got to sleep last night around 03:00... I think that it was those movies. I got up at about 08:30 'cause I really didn't want to get my sleep schedule quite so messed up, and I think that was a good choice, I'm ready to go to bed right now.

I finally got Andy's computer going... the HD was bad, and the CMOS battery was bad, both at the same time. Made troubleshooting a real problem....

I got a laser pointer today, thinking that it would amuse the cats. Nuh-uh, it pisses off the older one (Callie) and confuses the kitten. Callie is pissed at me anyway since I won't let her out.

Life is sooooo hard when you're a cat and can't do everything that you want to do.

Thanx for being here!
