I had a pretty good day, considering the night that I had. The night was bad, 'cause I didn't get any good sleep. I've been pretty spotty with the sleeping lately, but last night was different... most likely cause is that I drank a big glass of iced tea. Yep, and what a price to pay for a wonderful drink, heh? It was probably 03:00 before I really went to sleep, and I damn near didn't get out of bed this morning... kept hitting the snooze bar for almost 45 minutes. So... work was OK. Not nearly as busy as yesterday, anyway... and I got to be in the room today, my favorite thing. Lotsa nice patients. And a coupla really ugly ones, but that's OK, it more than balanced out to the nice side today. And JD and Tyler are gonna be here tomorrow! It is not good to live away from the people that you love. I should just require that all of the people that I love should live in Topeka, that would take care of that, heh. Of course, they would all be miserable, because it's Topeka, y'know? But that's OK, I could give them enough hugs to keep them happy. Yep, even in Topeka. I have powerful hugs, heh heh. For some strange reason, I've lost the power to the computer in the dining room, Karen's machine. It happened, she said, during the thunderstorm... but none of the breakers are tripped. I'm baffled, even before I get out a screwdriver. But... that will be a project for tomorrow, when I have a clear head. Tonight's project is... sleep.
