It was a pretty blah day, with the exception being that it was very, very cold outside. But I drove the car this morning and it heats up pretty quickly, so the cold is not really a problem. Actually, the only thing that the weather is good for is to give me something to talk about here. I did have a bunch of trouble getting out of bed, though. So what's new? I almost always have trouble getting out of bed. However, my memory tells me that there was once a time when I lept out of bed, eager to meet the day.... Yeah, my memory's going south along with my hair, heh. Tomorrow's supposed to bring us snow again, but not much. And more cold. I'm ready for spring and cold rain... lots of it. Or even lots of warm rain would be OK. Karen and I watched a movie that she'd rented over the weekend, a real waste of time. See below for details. And I still haven't got my new computer working again, and I'm scratching my head over it, but I'm really too tired to think well enough to fix it. And I probably should mention that I'm not feeling very well, in fact, I'm about half-way sick, kind of a generalized malaise, nothing really specific. Throat's kinda sore, that gland in my neck is still a little swollen, nose kinda running, ears ringing more than usual... I want it to hit me or go away already, dammit. And I'd really prefer that it went away. Yeah, and I'm about halfway nauseated too. And I think that I'll take this old body to bed and see if some sleep will heal me.
