Well, I didn't really get that much sleep this morning, got up about 08:00 or so. I did get a nap this afternoon, though...
But only about an hour's worth. The kitten was in the room with me, and when I was just about asleep she decided that it was time to play. She tunnelled under the bedspread but on top of the sheet and started attacking me with those sharp little craws. That didn't last too long, and, properly disciplined, she retreated to the opposite corner of the bed. I've decided that I'm going to give Andy Karen's 300 machine, so I need to get her another one... so I went looking on eBay, and I'm amazed at how much prices are Business as usual, heh. Well, it's not really time for another anti-babyBush rant, is it? I'll save it until next week when the terror alert color is different. And I'm not really up to another anti-religion rant, although I'm due for one. One of the things that the chiropractor told me yesterday was to be conscious of my posture, essentially. And I've been trying, but I can't maintain that consciousness without losing everything else. And then when I think about anything else, I go into my slump. It's mighty irritating, it is. What I've got to do is do it until it becomes second nature, but I wonder if that'll ever happen.
dropping. And then I look at gas prices, and I'm amazed at how much prices are rising... the gas prices are rising for the same reasons that they always do... energy companies gouging consumers with the justification of the most tenuous rumors.
