In other news... well, it's not news, really... I continue to sleep poorly. Banging on the snooze bar 45 minutes again this morning....

What I need to do, I think is what I did this weekend... sleep 13 hours a day. Works for me, heh, but probably wouldn't work for the hospital.

Speaking of which, the hospital is fuller than I've seen it be in years... 75% occupancy today. I don't know what's going on, now that I'm relatively insulated from x-ray. Usta be I kinda knew what was happening as far as what was putting people in the hospital. I can't say that I miss that aspect of the job. The night tech last night had one of those nights that I would come home and write about, the nights that killed my legs and my mind. And I was on call last night, but there was only one CT that was done, so I lucked out.

Well, I watched the first 20 minutes, and I was impressed when he said that he was not going to leave any problems for the future, when at the same time he is gonna send the debit into the trillions, just like his daddy, that old SOB. Let the kids worry about paying off the debts, heh. And the grandkids, too.

And the sycophantic gestures of the right sickens me... the constant standing ovations, the confident smiles, the twinkling eyes, all while rolling on their backs so's that he can rip their bellies out should he choose to... democrats never did that, never.

Well, hardly ever, anyways.

Karen has expressed a preference for me being hairier that I presently am, and I'm thinking about it. I don't know why I'm even considering it, but I am pretty ugly shaven. Not that I'm pretty unshaven, by any means... but I'll have to admit, she knows more about things like this than I ever would want to.
