Well, I did get some stuff accomplished today, relatively speaking. Got the bills paid, got most of the desk cleaned off. Threw a lot of stuff away, yes I did. That is hard for me to do, really hard. And fought with the cats all day. One cat in particular, Callie. She wants to go outside because, dammit, she *wants* to go outside. And she wants back in three minutes later, of course, 'cause it's a cold, hard world out there and there's this white stuff all over.... Yes, I relented and let her out. I wanted to teach her a lesson, and of course that was a stupid reason... cats don't get taught lessons, they teach them, uh-huh, uh-huh. Well, except for cold cats. Cold cats sometimes learn lessons. They learn that they stay outside for long enough that they *really* don't want to go outside any more, no they don't. The guy isn't very reliable for letting them back in. Cold cats throw themselves at doors, thinking that maybe that's how the doors get to be open, and by golly, they're right! But the doors don't open immediately, so maybe that's not it? It *is* quite cold outside, I don't know what the temp is, since I've been inside except for getting the paper this morning, and I haven't even had the TV on except to watch the DVD.... I do know that the snow didn't melt any today, though. I slept pretty good this morning until about 05:00, when my nose got plugged up. Then I took the CPAP off and dozed off and on for a while, then my nose got unplugged and I put the CPAP back on and slept like a baby until about 10:30. I appreciate the mail that I got re: the dry skin problem... Dove, Ivory and a nice "I *love* the way sweaty men smell!" Actually, I don't think that the soap is the problem, 'cause I already use a famous dry skin product (gr, I hate the way that sounds!) Oil of Olay... so I don't know what to think. Yeah, I do... that's a pretty boring subject, and thus, a proper way to end this Saturday night entry. O'yeah, something new! Right below the past entries box is a little logo that you can click on to see other web pages whose owners are geographically near nilknarf.net... which is, of course, in Topeka, KS, USA. I really, really liked this show, in fact, I think that I'll watch it again when Karen can watch it with me, I think that she'll like it too. In the Mail: On the shelf:
