I was running the room today, so the day was spent on my feet, and after the last three days, thins was not good. Normally I enjoy working the room, and I really do, but I was really ready to come home at 15:30... my legs are hurtin'.

I'm taking call Sunday for another tech, he's meeting his daughter in St. Louis, she's been in Afghanistan for the last eight months. He was telling us that he could make it from Lawrence to St Louis in two hours the other day and we were razzing him but he wouldn't back down. However, in the meantime I guess he's gotten his map out and realized that he needed more time. I had offered to take it for him 'cause I need the money and besides, I like doing people favors. I also like it when they're able to return those favors, but that doesn't happen very often...

Karen stayed home again today, she'd originally asked for Wednesday and Thursday off, but they only let her have yesterday... but this morning they called about 07:30 and told her that she could stay home.

Well, Lacee was out of school for a teacher's meeting... so they got together and spent the day shopping and making cookies. Well, their shopping was limited to the goodwill store, where Karen bought some corning ware stuff.

Karen and Kim are out somewhere tonight, I elected to stay home and go to bed early, as usual.

Brother Dan had his surgery today, and I called this evening and talked to Lynn for quite a while, Dan was sleeping off the effects of the general and the pain drugs... I enjoyed talking to Lynn. I'm kinda planning on driving out there sometime soon, but I'm not sure when, with the job situation being what it is...

O'yeah, what is it? I don't know. No change here, but I did get a packet today of paperwork to fill out and send in to another agency...

Another thing that I need to get done pronto is my CT certification. I need to get that sent in by Monday...
