well, I didn't lose Monday's entry, I just didn't change the time-stamp on it from Sunday. That makes three times I felt like a dummy yesterday. So I got up this morning and went to see the doc about the knee. He said it was excellent, but I already knew that. And I have another appointment with the doc who did the surgery, so he can tell me the same thing. I was reading Shelly and she mentioned Cat Stevens. I hadn't thought about him for a while, so I DLed a bunch of stuff by him. Really good stuff. Interestingly, there seem to be a lot of people out there, or maybe just one, who think that he's Ray Stevens, the cracked-up country guy who did such songs as Jeremiah Peabody's Poly-Unsaturated Quick Disolving Fast Acting Pleasant Tasting Green and Purple Pills and language, nudity, violence & sex ,Grampa got runover by a beer truck and many others of that ilk. Ray is unfortunately dead, but he did most of his best work before that. Yeah, incongruency is my middle name and the basis of my life philosophy. Today I met a co-worker in the hall, and she asked me how I was. I told her that I was better than most people, according to my mother, and I thought that she was gonna bust a gut. Yeah, you had to be there.... 22:00, and time for me to be abed.
