Got a good night's rest last night, didn't get up until 10:30, slept about 11 hours. Karen and I worked around the house, doing a little cleaning and rearranging... if we had ten days, we could make some real progress. JD gotin about an hour ago, he hasn't changed much since his last visit. He made record time coming up, nine hours, I think that he said. I'd called him about 19:30 and he was just getting to the southern turnpike entrance south of Wichita. There is a line of storms and rain starting to move in here now, I was afraid that JD would get hit while he was on the road, but the storms are moving slower than they were the other night... the storms that moved through then were doing 55MPH. That wasn't the wind, it was the actual ground speed of the storms themselves. JD's talking to Annette right now, and I think that it's about time to hit the sack.
