Well, OK! For those of you who care, the NilkyCam is once again operational. Unfortunately, my bum knee isn't. Damned thing kept me awake most of the night, the only way that it didn't hurt was if I was laying flat on my back. And then the weight of the covers would start cramping my toes, so I kicked the covers off of my feet... then my feet were cold. Just can't win. So, I don't really know what going on with that knee, but when I woke up this morning it was really hot, as in it felt hotter than the other knee, like some sort of inflammatory process was going on, but later on it felt normal. But still really painful. I think that a lot of the pain had to do with working flat out for the last two days, I put a lot of miles on my feet when I'm running the room, and I did that two days in a row. Cool and rainy here again, the furnace has been kicking on regularly. I like the rain, but I would rather have the temp up in the high 70s... it can still rain, we do need that. My onion grass was getting a little thirsty, heh heh. 85% (conservative estimate) of the mail that I get is spam, and I was searching around on my provider's web site and found out that I can enable Spam Assassin, so I have done that. Which means that I'll hardly get any mail any more, so everyone needs to help take up the slack left in my day by e-mailing me. I re-wrote the HTML for the webcam page and added a Recent Nilknarf Cam Pictures page, but it doesn't seem to be working right... when you It's almost 16:00 now, and my knee is quite a bit better, I can put weight on it without too much pain... I am still using the cane, though, and I'm going to keep chewing on the Tylenol. 20:45... 23:30... And it's *way* past my bedtime, especially since I hardly got any sleep last night....

Karen and I went out and got some movies, we just finished watching the first one, Best of Show, about dogs and their owners. It was funny in a painfully stupid way, kinda like... I can't remember the name of the show, but the guy was a shoe salesman and the woman was a blonde bombshell...
So, Karen and I watched the other movie, Don't Say a Word with Michael Douglas. An action thriller, it made me tired watching it, and I had started off tired.
