So, happy valentines day, for all of you sweethearts, and all of you that aren't, too. Yeah, you know who you are, and so do I. You can't hide from me, 'cause I love you so much too. Today was rather pleasant all 'round... didn't have to work too hard, and I even took off a little early. I got my full ten hours of sleep last night, and I think that maybe part of my problem is that I'm sleeping too much, so I'm gonna cut down and go to bed around 23:00. It seems that I did that for a while and it helped, but then I forgot about it. My main problem, though, is lack of exercise. It has been for a long time. I got up kinda on time this morning, and I found a green frog and a valentine on my keyboard. The frog is the one in the picture, not a real live one, which might have been more appropriate... Anyway... when I got home from work, Karen and I went out to Kohls, where they were having a shirt sale. Yep, shirts were about $7 each... seven bucks. About what a shirt is actually worth, to my way of reckoning... anyway, I got six or seven, so I'm set for shirts for a coupla years unless I get a whole lot fatter. They're all winter shirts, long-sleeved anyway, and mostly name brands. 80% off, and an extra 25% at the counter. Tomorrow Karen and I are finally getting down to Oklahoma, so there won't be an entry here again until Sunday night when we get home.... I tried on my shirts, and only four of the six fit... so I have four nice shirts for under $40.00, and that's OK too. I actually tackled getting my desk somewhat straightened up, after I realized that there were bills that I had to pay in that pile. Also got everything together for income tax figgerin', which will be coming up really soon, probably as soon as we get back from Enid. I'm really looking forward to seeing Mom!
