Natterings, Notions
and
Notes

Nope, not lucky. Not me, not this time.

I got called in at 04:00 to do a scan. Ironically, by the time I was done with the scan, the power was back on the main machine.

I went back to bed when I got home, but... I couldn't get to sleep. Until two minutes before the alarm went off.

Anyway, I had a relatively crummy day, I think, but it was pretty foggy, so I know that I haven't suffered any enduring trauma from it. It's nice to be able to forget...

I wisht I could forget my back. I really really do.

I think that it will be a very early night for me.

But wait... short note gleaned from the news: religion sucks. In Ireland, in Afganistan, in Isreal, and right here in the good old Yew Ess of Ay. Sucks, and kills people. Ironically (that's twice!) it's religious people that it kills mostly. Still, it's such a waste of time and energy and life. There does not appear to be a shortage of anything but time and energy, though. An individuals' life is precious to that individual, but not to any other individual, nor to any governing body, with few exceptions. Or maybe no exceptions... mothers have been known to lie to their kids.

Not my mother, of course. But everybody elses' mother is suspect.

Thanx for being here!
