And I slept about twelve hours...
Karen came home about 22:00, she said that they'd been in a bar with some other Topeka people and that they were pretty drunk.
I don't remember the ship moving last night, but we're in a different port this morning. Calica, on mainland Mexico, well, I guess that it's the Yucatan, looks pretty desolate. Karen and Kim went off to see the town and I again elected to stay on the ship, but now I regret not going with them. This is our last port of call, we'll be leaving about 16:00 heaading back to Galveston. We'll get there about 08:00, and Annette will pick us up and take up to JD's graduation. I'm really looking forward to this next part of the trip... I haven't seen my boys for such a long time, and this is such a big occasion for JD!
17:23... We've got to get ready for dinner now, Karen and I were going to check the menu after watching the sunset, but we took the wrong elevators... it's kinda hard remembering which elevators go where... 21:14... After the show we went to the theater to get seats for tonight's show... after the show started I found out that I don't like vegas-style shows. Tuesday night I found out that I don't really like broadway shows... so what does that leave? Maybe I just don't like shows in general. Anyway, after the second number I told Karen that I was leaving and that I hoped that she wouldn't get mad at me... but that I was really not enjoying the show at all. I think that she's mad at me anyway.
So I got a cuppa hot chocolate and sat out on the deck and enjoyed the stars for a while, but it was really too windy to stay out there long. And the seas are pretty rough again tonight, the boat is rocking pretty well. It doesn't really bother me, though, it just kinda adds to the experience.
I started off the day with a small headache which progressed, and I laid down and took a nap from 10:00 until 13:00, and I felt a lot better when I got up. Went upstairs and ate and walked around. Karen and Kim and Matt got back about 14:30 and I ran into them on a trip through the casual dining room. They had had a good time, but it seems that they were totally misinformed on what they were going to be doing... it was a swimming trip, and they thought that it was a shopping trip.

We had a really nice dinner again, and the waiters put on quite a show, including dancing the Macarena... and a lot of the customers joined in.
