Notes

Pah! This day is hardly worth an entry. Got up, went to work, came home....

O'Wait! We went out to eat at the New China Inn, my favorite place in the world!

And Karen even enjoyed it... she's usually kinda luke-warm about the place. I think it's ;cause I like it so much, she doesn't want to upset the balance... since I actively dislike many of the places that she likes. But she goes there with me, just as I go to those other places with her...

That's what love is all about, isn't it? And food, that's what food is all about too. One man's goose is another man's gander, or something like that. It takes all kinds of cooks to spoil the soup. Both Karen and I love the egg drop soup out there. I've never had it anywhere else, but it is the epitome of soups. Just like clam chowder is the king of chowders, and my chili is twice as good an anyone else's. True.

I may not have mentioned it, but Andy has moved back in with Karla. I was happy to have that happen, I really like both of them a lot and I want them to be happy. There is nothing that I (or anyone else) can do to make them happy, though, they've got to do that themselves. But they have to be together to do that, and now they are.

Andy, of course, was no trouble, other than *having* to smoke in the house occasionally.

So, one week from tonight is Hallowe'en. Additionally, there will be a full moon... and people have been advised to not gather in malls. Odd, that. Since the streets have become supposedly unsafe for kids to trick or treat, they have gathered at the malls for store-sponsored stuff. And now that's deemed unsafe too. Is someone (NOW WHO COULD THAT BE???? trying to get rid of Hallowe'en?

Was that an official government release, or an advisory, or what?

I'm on call again tomorrow night, then again next Tuesday and Thursday. Making up for the time that I was gone... I'm gonna make it an early night to bed tonight, but damn, and it's already past 21:00...

Thanx for being here!
