One month. Seems much longer.
Tonight I had a London Broil for supper. It's called a London Broil because the meat is from a cow that got burned when London did way back when. Kinda like roast beef.... anyway, I don't think that I'll make that mistake again.
Homeland security: I'm still getting shivers down my spine, especially when it comes from the smirking lips of Baby Bush.
Speaking of whom... he just now said that this is not a war of the faiths. However, from everything that I've read and heard, their great book pretty much parallels the xians great book... loosly interpreted as, "Love yer neighbor, as long as he looks like you and he acts like you and believes like you. If he don't, it's OK to kill him 'cause god loves you and he doesn't love him. Or her, as the case may be..."
Y'know, I never really thought about it much, but I really don't trust anyone in government at any level. But now that I do think about it, I've pretty much not ever trusted anyone in authority. Most of the time, I go along with everything, just because it's just a whole lot easier to live my life doing that. I don't know that that's gonna change, but if it becomes necessary I don't want to surprise myself.
Today was another brain-twister day. I'm really gonna have to spend some major time at work getting this stuff all down. And explaining it to the radiologists and other docs and the other techs....
Tomorrow is going to be mostly review and Q & A; we'll probably get on our way before 14:00, so I should be in Chicago by 21:00 or so. Hopefully I will be able to hook up with some journallers tomorrow night, but if not, Saturday AM will be just fine... I will probably not be at my best after driving all day. Or maybe I am, I've never thought about that...
Gonna be an early night tonight, I wanna be bright-eyed and bushy-tailed tomorrow...
