Well, I'm sure that everyone had a nice Monday... I did too. Well, kinda.
Sunday night sucked, though. didn't get to sleep until after 03:00. Donno why, but that's what happened. Well, part of the reason is that I was wearing the CPAP; Karen says that I've been snoring a whole lot lotely, so I thought that I'd better get back on it. Not smoking doesn't seem to be doing all the things that I want it to do... I thought that the snoring would get better, the sinusitis would get better, the coughing would get better, the sleeping would get better, the sex would get better... I seem to have been wrong about a lot of things, huh. Karen and I went out to the New China Inn, since neither of us felt like cooking tonight. Excellent, as usual, and I'm miserable from eating too much. Actually, eating too much, and being too fat, probably contribute to the snoring problem. I think that it's really time that I started doing something about that, and stopped congratulating myself for quitting smoking. It's getting harder and harder to pat myself on the back... literally and figuratively. Speaking of armadillos... I saw one on the turnpike at mile post 114 when we were driving back from Wichita yesterday. Last week, coming back from Enid, I saw one just north of Cassoday. Not to be confused with cassowary, a large flightless bird which also does not reside in Kansas. Yet. Neither did the armadillos. And the chicken crossed the road to prove to the 'possum that it could be done. Today's picture is one of Andy and Betty on the back deck Saturday evening...
