A rather pleasant day after a relatively sleepless night... Karen was tossing and turning and keeping me awake, a reverse of the usual situation! But I'd taken a pretty long nap, and that contributed to the sleeplessness too, I'm sure,
Karen went to see the oral surgeon again today because of the amount of pain that she was still having, and he gave her some more drugs and she's better now. Finally... And I went to see the cardiologist today, got new scripts for my old meds, he just doubled the quantities on them, telling me to watch it pretty closely when I start losing weight. So maybe in a coupla months I'll go back to one pill each per day... My CT Computer course in Cleveland has been moved back again, to the week of 8-12 October... this is the third "firm" date that I've gotten. But I like this one, I really, really do... 'cause it'll put me in the neighborhood of Chicago during the Journalcon! I still haven't really decided to go, but I don't see how I can help myself... besides, it gives me an excuse to drive instead of flying, which I'm really not too comfortable with. Additionally, I will get to meet some really cool people, and I'm looking forward to that. Two of my favorite journallers have already made commitments to be there, too. No, I can't tell you their names, but they know who they are! Karen and I went for a walk tonight, a fairly long one, though it's pretty warm again... about 93F today, and it's supposed to heat up the rest of the week... anyway, we walked about 45 minutes, which is pretty good for me. And yes, my legs are killing me... And I think that I'll go to bed early tonight...
