Well, I did stay up too late last night, but I got up almost on time...
And work was busy, as usual. It's really hard to find anything interesting to say about work... When I got home, Lacee was here, as well as Karen and JD and Annette. Lacee was immediately on my case about going out to eat, so just to be mean and tease her a bit, I stalled and stalled. Finally I agreed to go out to Taco Villa, one of her favorite places. Karen had gone to see the dentist today, and he took yet another xray and declared that no, it wasn't abscessed, but the gum was infected, or the tooth was infected under the gum or something... but it didn't sound like she needed a root canal done to me... but he wanted her to keep her appointment with the oral surgeon on the 31st. I'm beginning to think that he might not be the best dentist in the world after all... Anyway, when we got home, I started working on Joe's computer, and I'm still working on it. It's proving to be pretty frustrating, but I think that I've got it figgered out... it's the video card and/or the motherboard. I'm gonna sit down and read the motherboard book and see if there are some switches that are improperly set... JD and I are going to work on the hot tub tomorrow, and maybe get a few other chores done. Or maybe we'll just goof off all day... but Annette's getting bored with Topeka, so we've got to think of some way of entertaining her, too... And, of course, both of the young'uns slept late this morning, so they're ready to stay up all night, while I'm barely able to hold my eyes open...JD and Annette playing scrabble
