I did do a little better at the sleeping last night... about six hours. Still not good, though. Tonight will be better, I hope.
I had a scare this morning... I decided to mow the lawn before it got too hot. I worked maybe ten minutes and my chest started hurting. Not really bad, and not really like either of the coronaries that I've had. Bad enough to worry me, though. Bad enough to want to get it checked out. Bad enough to really, really decide to quit smoking. I couldn't really tell if it was respiratory or cardiac. I've had this damned cough hanging on now for about six weeks, but I thought that it was getting better. One of my intentions when I started on days was to quit smoking. I think that will be tomorrow, instead of a few weeks in the future. Yeah, I know, if I had any sense, it'd be today, right? It scared Karen, too. She'd just gotten up, she had a migraine headache this morning and took one of her miracle pills and slept a coupla extra hours and woke up without it.... So... I need to get someone to mow my lawn. I was kinda hoping that Tyler would show up today... JD called me, he's doing great, sounds like. His GF Annette was off work a coupla days due to the flooding in Houston so they got to spend some extra time together.. I paid the bills on-line tonight while Karen took Brian back to Lawrence. I really like doing the bills this way, so much more convenient. Unfortunately, they still take to money out of the bank, dammit. If they didn't, it would be perfect! Today's picture was pretty lousy, so I thought that I'd try to make it a little more interesting... I really don't look like that. Very often, anyway. Probably just for the next week or so...
