Notes

First things first... Shelly wrote about our meeting last Tuesday here!

It was another night of straight running. Well, I was kinda running crooked there at the last... busy busy busy! 13 CTs and bunches of regular x-rays. Nothing big and exciting, though... but there was something really sad.

An older man (maybe 85 or so) had been brought in by ambulance... he was not responsive, although he had been at the scene. I did a CT scan of his head, and he had a massive, non-survivable bleed.

Of course, that's not all that unusual. What was unusual was the number of people who came to see him. Droves of people. After the doc showed them the CT scan they all started crying... dignified, of course.

This old fellow had a lotta people that loved him a lot. That was really heartwarming, in a way, and it made me envy him his life.

Yeah, there will be a few tears to see me out, but not the quantity exhibited last night in room 2 in the ER.

Anyways, my body is draggin' again. I did get my e-mail solved, though... by re-booting. And the cable seems to be working this morning, too. And I even have a picture today, how about that?

Thanx for being here!
