Yes, that was my voice amongst the gleeful chortling when the republipigs lost the US Senate yesterday.
Don't get me wrong... the democRATS won't do it any better. But that's not the point. The point is, BabyBush is pissed. And anything that pisses off BabyBush is, ipso facso (whatever the hell that means), good for the country. And fun for me. Yep, when it comes to BabyBush, I am a mean sonovabitch, I am. I really wish that he held real, honest-to-goodness press conferences. Every comedian in the country feels the same way... OK, enough politics. Back to the important stuff... my life. Last night was a good night. And I found out that when I'm off nights, there's going to be an additional person there until 01:00... and another one will come in at 05:00. How nice... I may have to go back to nights, if they're going to make it cushy like that! Well, I will give days a try for a while. I was thinking about doing the brakes today, but I decided not to... Karen's off today, and she can drive the truck if she needs to go anywhere. Did I mention that the rear brakes have pads instead of shoes? Much, much easier to work on. I'm happy about that, I am! I did get eight hours of sleep yesterday, and I don't feel too tired, but I do think that I can go right to sleep... gonna try, anyways!
