Natterings, Notions
and
Notes

And it was a good night. To start off with, nobody died, or even came close. Additionally, I didn't get worked to death. In fact, I did get kinda bored at one point.

I got up at about 17:30 last night and it was storming big time. Shortly after I got up, the phone rang, and it was a mobil phone number, so I answered it. It was Steve (Kims ex-whatever) and they (Matt and Steve and the grandkids) were camping at Osage County State Lake. He just wanted everyone to know that the tornado missed them.

It did hit Overbrook, about two miles east of there. At the time that he called, he said that the storm had moved out and it was beautiful. A little later, when I was going to work, however, that area was again under a severe thunderstorm alert.

Anyway, it was a nice night, but I'm still worn out from the last three, and I'm going to bed to get energized for the next three twelve-hour ones...

Thanx for being here!
