So all of those nasty thunderstorms either went north or south of us, it didn't look like we got a drop of rain last night.
Yet another crummy nights sleep... I finally got up about 04:00... I let Karen sleep in until about 09:00. We were on the road by 10:30, and we made it in to Enid about 15:30.
Mom was taking a nap when we got there... she said that she laid down about 10:30 and wasn't intending to sleep the day away!
She's been having trouble with the blood pressure medication, and it's upsetting her circadian cycle. I wish that I had an excuse like that for my problems...
Karen and I brought Mom a waffle-maker, of the belgian variety, so we had waffles for supper tonight. I've been wanting to get her one of those for a year or so, but I kept forgetting about it until I got down here.
This keyboard is terrible. I've found that every keyboard except mine is terrible. But maybe that's just me, the rest of the world seems to do OK.
So anyways, I'm tired and I'm gonna turn in as soon as it gets dark here...
