I did not get nearly enough sleep yesterday, and I walked into a madhouse at work last night... well, it wasn't bad until all of the other techs left... which was as soon as I got there.
There are supposed to be two techs working until 23:00, but I guess the boss thinks that I can handle it, 'cause she hasn't scheduled anyone past 21:00 the past two nights.
And, of course, I can handle it, but it's hard. I ran until about 01:00 then had a short break, then it was just steady after that.
But I started off tired and cranky, and now I'm even more so.
I was happy to hear that Gore still has a chance, though. And Bush, who publicly said that he would respect the decision of the Florida Supreme Court, has decided that he won't. Bush knows what he has to lose from a fair and complete count, heh.
When I was young, I thought politics was fun... then I thought it was funny. Now I think that it's disgusting and demeaning to all of those involved.
But I did get a kick out of the black congresswoman from Florida... she said that all of the black people who have died to make this country free should have their votes counted. Heh, I thought that they only did that in Chicago... that was on CNN, and the moderator or whatever didn't catch it.
So... I'm gonna sleep for a long time today. Starting really soon. No time for a picture even.
