Another pretty pud night, especially for a Saturday. Busy the early part, then practically nothing after that.
I talked to my supervisor on the phone, she was happy to hear that I would work the next three evenings. I thought that I would press my luck some, and asked if I was going to get time-and-a-half for it and for these last two nights, and she hesitated, then said sure, I'll put it down as call time...
All I had to do was ask.
So, I go back in at 16:30 today until 23:00 and the same Monday and Tuesday. So I'd better get some sleep, huh? I got up too early yesterday for sure, I should be able to drop off easily this morning. Sure.
Cold. 22F they said it was. A record. People were wearing heavy coats... wusses, all of them. Well, me too, a little. Didn't wear my sandals, and I did wear a light jacket.
On the union deal... it doesn't really matter if we get a union at our hospital... the administration is going to make major concessions just to keep the union away.
Enough. Need sleep. Now.
