Pretty neat thunderstorms rolled through last night, and I missed the exciting part... I was sleeping. High winds and all of that about 18:30, but we didn't lose any big branches off of the trees, just some little ones. We did get quite a bit of nice rain, though.
And I wasn't hardly busy at all at work, either... that was nice. No major trauma, nothing really very interesting.
I was thinking... sometimes I feel like I have bad luck when we have a major trauma come in, the the people involved in the actual trauma are the ones with the bad luck... or bad judgement, in many cases. And, when it gets down to it, I really enjoy trauma radiography.
In fact, I really enjoy my work... but the job sometimes gets me down, if I can make that distinction...
But it really wears me out sometimes... and the older I get, the more it wears on me. I need a cure for that. Anyone?
Well, it looks like the sun is gonna be shining today, but it's supposed to remain cool... beautiful day. And I'm going to sleep.
