Life. It's not about working, or loving...no. It's about sleeping.
I've been doing life right lately, then.
I slept ten hours on Tuesday... didn't get up until Karen woke me up at 18:30, and I was at work at 19:00. Slept through the alarm blaring for more than an hour.
And Tuesday night at work was, as usual lately, busy up until midnight, then it dropped off nicely... never quite to the point of boring, though. I was g;ad to leave at 07:00... I had all sorts of plans... after all, I'd got a lot of rest the day before!
Well, when I got home the plans pretty well went out the window. I talked to Tyler for a while, then decided that maybe I would take my nap early instead of late, so I went to sleep about 09:30. I slept twelve hours, got up and wnet to the bathroom and... slept another six hours! Yep, it's 02:30, and I'm up for the day/night/whatever.
So, the date on this entry is kinda cheating. But I'm OK with that, I hope that you are.
I had thought that Tyler was going to leave for Texas yesterday, but he's still sleeping. He's going skiiing with JD and Marta... he has to be down there by someth=ime Friday. When he comes back, he's gonna get a job... that's what he said, anyway.
The weather forecast was right... it turned cold, rained most of Tuesday night. Wednesday was bright and sunny before I went to sleep, though... and it doesn't appear to be raining right now, although it's cold, about 35F. Tonight it supposed to get down about 22F... hopefully killing all of those nasty flies and mosquitos that thought it was springtime here in Topeka. It will, unfortunately, kill the buds on the trees who had the same idea. O'well. It also pretty much killed any hopes that I had of going fishing this off cycle.
More tomorrow... well, later tonight, I guess. If I don't go back to sleep...
