I didn't get as much sleep as I needed yesterday, though. Have I ever gotten enough sleep, ever, in my life? I'll have to check the archives...
Before I left, I got a call from Karen's son Andy. I had loaned him a small hard drive last weekend so that he could save some large files when he re-formatted his C: drive.
Problem is... he doesn't have the original disk that came with the machine, the set-up CD with WIN98 on it. It took us a while to figger this out on the phone... I'm going over there tonight to get him fixed up.
Other stuff... let's see... last night was pretty pud, not too much going on at all. I like that on a Wednesday night. This morning, I ran into the main CT guy, and he told me that he'd been looking for me... they needed someone with cardiac calcifications to run a new program on, a screening program for CAD (Coronary Artery Disease) and they'd run it on several guys my age, but they didn't have enough calcium. So I said OK, and he was delighted with the images that he got.
On the other hand, I was pretty horrified. My arteries look like those of an 80-year-old guy who runs a pig farm and a chicken ranch.
Anyway, it takes a while to run the program after obtaining the images, so they'll do that sometime later today and let me know tonight. The program scores on a 0-300 range, with a zero being the best. Just guessing, I'll probably get over 200, probably 225.
Fuck. I gotta quit smoking.
It's supposed to be beautiful weather today and tomorrow, dammit. I wanted this weather last week... getting out in some sunshine would improve my disposition somewhat... well, so will the Prozac that I started again yesterday...
Anyhoo.... going to bed now.
