Yet another long night, but busier than the previous two. But my main machine is back up again, so all is better now... but I still didn't get out of there until after 08:00. I did get upstairs to visit an old friend whose only surviving relative is in the hospital with the flu...
And still the people keep coming in, and coming in... is there no end? They say that this flu season is no worse than any other, just earlier, but I sure don't believe them. I think that it's just under-reported... everyone's too busy to turn their numbers in to the proper authorities.
They were talking about putting beds in the hallways upstairs... something that I haven't seen for fifteen years, at least. Used to be pretty common, though, at least at St. Francis.
Before we overbuilt, and so did the other hospital...
Anyway, I'm tired and I have to go to sleep. More tomorrow...
