Dammit, I got up way too early again. 05:00, it was.
Karen has developed this nasty little habit lately... she pulls the covers
off of me. Then I get cold and wake up.
She says that I should be able to defend myself... but I'm asleep! Should I
really be expected to defend myself (from someone who purports to love me)
even while I'm asleep? I don't think so!
The only real question that I have is... does she do this on purpose? As in,
is she even half-way awake when she rips the source of slumbersome warmth
from my body? Does she dream of me, shivering and cold, lying there beside
her, while she hogs all of the heat in the room?
Is this her way of telling me that she wants me to die? Or am I making too
much of it?
On to more useless speculations... do youse guys like live web-cams? 'Cause
if you do... go lookie here. Anyway, I do hope that at least some of you
appreciate it... it was a lot of work!
Snow here today... not real snow for very long, though... more like drizzle.
Snizzle, I guess. Much more depressing than real snow. Every other snowflake
is too wet to live... it's just damned gloomy, that's what it is.
And speaking of depressing... LiquidWeb, who serves this site, is down. The
mail and FTP are working just fine, but the web pages? They're just not
there. Since a little after 05:00 this morning. So I put the SpyCam on
networksplus.net so I could get it going, and I think that I'll just leave
it there. Not using that space for much else, anyway...
Still speaking of depressing... I think that I am. Not sleeping right,
testy, back hurts, not wanting to get involved in anything... just sit and
do nothing. Well, no, that's wrong... I do want to sleep. Sleep would be
excellent... I think that I'll try that again.
O'yeah, I got ICQ running fine... I think that I was using an alpha release
before when it screwed up. Anyway, it's 59787925, in case you want to cheer
