Tard. Got up too early today, thought about going back to sleep all day but I didn't, for some reason or another.
Wasted the afternoon watching the Chiefs lose their last game of the season... bastards. They build us up, looking good for a while and the blowing it. I'm glad that I don't care.
Well, OK, I must care a little, 'cause I watched, and I'm writing about it... but I don't care very much. I do remember when, though... when I actually enjoyed every aspect of professional football. Drinking beer, watching the game... or was it the beer that I enjoyed? Most likely the latter.
The rest of the day has been spent with Linux... still trying. The first time that I had it set up, it worked pretty good... that was a coupla months ago. Then I fiddled and fiddled with it until I broke it. Getting it to work must've been beginner's luck, 'cause I've wasted a lot of brainpower lately trying to get back to where my ignorance took me on the first try.
I'm really enjoying JD's company... he doesn't have to leave until Friday, and I go back to work Thursday night. He and Tyler have been using the hell out of my CD burner, making duplicates of all of their CDs.
I think that I'm gonna set up ICQ again, so I can talk more to him when he leaves... last time that I set up ICQ, it kept crashing WIN98, so I deleted it... I didn't have anyone to talk to, anyway, so it didn't really matter. Time to try again...
