Twenty-four. I'm amazed... and pleased.
Another nice night... that's two in a row. I'm amazed and pleased about that, too.
I even got bored. Took some more pictures of the spider in her web out by the ambulance bay. Played with the digital camera a lot. Found out that it did better than the 640X480... it will do 1024X7??. I hadn't played with it enough, I don't know why.
I went up the the eighth floor and took some pix of the sun rising over the Topeka skyline, such as it is.
And the mamma spider...
I really am into appreciating boredom lately, the last two nights anyway. I'm sure that this won't last, though, but I would be happy if it would.
Strange thing... even though I didn't really work very hard, I still got really tired. I do a lot of walking around when I'm bored, looking for people to talk to. Most of the people that I talked to were pretty boring, though.... they are worn out from the recent spate of busy nights.
Anyway... more tomorrow. JD, I'm gonna call you tonight if I get up early enough...

she's been doing business in the same location for two months at least. Her web is between a bush and a light-pole, and covers about a six-by-three foot area. The web has been fragmented several times, but she always puts it back. Good location. She's fat and presumably happy.
