Another sleepless night, and a sleepless day on top of that. I lasted until about 08:00 on the not-smoking.

Saw the doc at 11:00, everything good, back home by 11:20... back on the computer again, downloaded some files, talked on IRC, pretty much wasted the day.

Actually, I pretty much wasted this whole week off. Worthless, lazy SOB, I am, sometimes.

And still tired, even though I don't do anything to make me tired. I've gotta start exercising some way or another. Karen wanted me to walk tonight after supper, but I know that I'd get halfway somewhere and poop out completely.

So I'll just go to bed. Back to work tomorrow night...
