Shortly after I went to bed yesterday morning, I was awakened with belly cramps and diarrhea... that's probably more than you want to know.

I was still up and suffering at 14:30, so I called in sick, and immediately went to bed and slept until 18:00, when Karen woke me up (a very unusual thing... she's afraid to wake me for fear of finding me dead...) and asked me if I was going to work.

I stayed up with her until 22:00, when we went to bed. She hadn't slept with me since I'd started wearing the C-PAP, so she got a chuckle out of that.

I woke up about 01:00 with the same symptoms as before, but it only lasted an hour this time... went back and slept until about 08:00 and woke up feeling good.

And it's raining. Dammit, I need to do some fishing, why is it raining?

Pills. Click on the image to get a bigger image where you can read the writing, if you're interested. Too many pills.

Well, not really too many... just enough to keep me alive and feeling well.

And speaking of being alive and feeling well... tomorrow I will stop smoking. I feel that the time is right, and that I might really be able to do it this time.

Cold turkey, of course... none of the available products have been able to help me before, so I'm not going to go to the expense and trouble to try them again. Being well-rested and feeling good should do the trick, and I am. I'm feeling better right now than I have got a long time, in fact. I had to think about that for a minute or two, but it's true.

I need to update the Keirsey Profiles again... there're about 50 entries that I have to make. I need to find a better way of doing that, rather than cut'n'paste. The whole thing is getting rather unwieldy, in fact. I need to learn how to make it be a searchable database. The pages that I generate now are testing the limits of most browsers.

OK, so I'm off to work on Keirsey. More tomorrow....

Thanx for being here!
